Development of E-Trade Skills - Baku E-Trade Forum 2018, Azerbaijan

Grow Global’s Founder, Sarah Carroll, ran a masterclass at the Baku E-trade Forum 2018. An initiative of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies inAzerbaijan,  with the support of the European Union (EU) and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD),  focusing on assisting the development of e-trade in the country.

Baku E-trade Forum will be 2018’s most exciting international gathering in the e-commerce world. This 2-day Forum will feature 30+ speakers, 60+ e-commerce platforms and fin tech, and 300+ attendees: international organizations, MSMEs, public organizations, government agencies, investors and startups.

E-commerce has been facing rapid changes in the recent years. Even the biggest companies are struggling to respond to multiple challenges when it comes to market intelligence and online growth.

The Masterclass

Baku also hosted a masterclass on the ‘Development of E-Trade Skills’ ran by Grow Global’s Founder, Sarah Carroll on 24-25 September 2018 within the framework of Baku E-Trade Forum, held at the initiative of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan and with the support of the European Union (EU) and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).

Sarah Carroll from Great Britain, well-known as the author of the book “Grow Fast, Grow Global” will be the main speaker of the workshop, which will be of great interest to young entrepreneurs and start ups.

The participants of the forum had the opportunity to listen to well-known speakers with rich experience in the field of electronic trade, expand their imagination and scope of knowledge of e-trade, as well as master practical skills.
